OUR STORY
Care That Started With One Family's Promise
Joani Twin Lakes Adult Family Home began with a simple belief: seniors deserve care that feels like family, not a facility. Founded and led by a registered nurse, our home was built to give a small number of residents the individualized attention, medical oversight, and warmth that larger institutions often cannot provide.
Today, we continue that promise for families across Federal Way and King County, combining professional, nurse-supervised care with the comfort and routine of a real home.

Mornings start gently, with caregivers helping residents wake up, wash, dress, and enjoy a warm, home-cooked breakfast together. Throughout the day, residents take part in light activities chosen around what they actually enjoy, not a rigid schedule.
Medications are administered on time under nurse supervision, and evenings wind down with dinner, conversation, and a calm bedtime routine, the same rhythm you would find in any loving home.
